C – RISK DATABASE – it consists of risks that are the reasons for creating IAI (e.g. the specter of hunger that occurred in the past);
RD is created as a supplement to the information contained in the SD, because a visualization of risks often speaks more strongly than a scientific description of the mechanisms governing the human world; information in the RD carries a strong emotional charge, meaning that it appeals to human imagination;
Below I present my preliminary proposals for what may be included in the Risk Database concerning CI-1.
RISK DATABASE
| Paris 2020 – the limits of society’s patience in the context of the problem of consumer loans. | |
| Risks resulting from the disproportion of power during negotiations of an agreement between the consumer-borrower and a large enterprise, that is, the bank-lender. In other words – what does the lack of actual balance between the parties to the agreement mean when only formal balance is preserved? | |
| Complete freedom of contract – what threatens the consumer, that is, every citizen, if state authorities do not protect them from the greed of corporations such as banks? | |
| Borrowers lose their homes en masse – what risks does this create for the state? | |
| When banks collapse and the state’s financial system is unstable – what risks does this create for the state treasury? | |
| Dangers resulting from the state reducing consumer protection to the variant of individual court proceedings. | |
| Lack of clarity in the provisions of a dual-currency agreement and the phenomenon of usury. (“yesterday it was 100, but today it is 200, and tomorrow it will be 300, because you agreed to it yourself”) | BZ-08 |
